करिब २ दसक सम्म जापानलाइ कर्मभुमि बनाइ एक सफल ब्याबसाई बन्नुभइ हाल आफ्नो ब्याबसायलाइ जापान बाट न्युजल्याण्ड सम्म फैलाउन सफल हुनुभएका हाम्रा आदर्णिय मित्र , श्री यमलाल ढकाल ( राजु ) जी ले आफनो जन्मभुमी गुल्मीका २ वटा स्कुल र अर्गाखाचीको मरेड़ अर्गाखाची स्थित बिरेन्द्र शिक्षा क्याम्पस र सुदुर पश्चिमान्चलका ४ वटा गरी ७ वटा स्कुलमा इ लाइब्रेरी स्थापनाका लागी मलेसियामा संम्पन्न भएको NRNA Asia pacific 5th regional meeting मा NRNA का अध्यक्ष श्री शेस घलेज्युको रोहबरमा  रू ५००००० पाचलाख रूपैया नेपाल लाईब्रेरी फ़ाउण्डेशन लाइ प्रधान गर्नुभयो !

Humble Request for Donations for a School Bus
Asha Special School & Rehabilitation Center for the children with intellectual disability, Hetauda

After multiple meetings during last 5 months, the Ministry of Finance informed us that the Cabinet of the Government of Nepal has adopted a policy to provide the tax exemption only to the public/community schools having more than 100 students. Our School is registered as a Special School (run by a NGO) and is not a public/community School, hence do not qualify to get the tax exemption, according to them. But, we will be looking forward to coordinate and cooperate with them for the cause of our children, as always.

I am very disappointed by their decision. In my opinion, a golden opportunity has been missed to serve for the cause of those children with intellectual disabilities. But I would like to reaffirm of my commitment to work for these children and for the project. Our children really need a School bus. It will increase their mobility. I am confident that we will buy a School Bus as soon as possible.

But, this negative decision of the Ministry will badly affect our budget; the tax exemption has been considered in the tentative budget of our project. A School bus (TATA Motors, 36 seats) costs Nepalese Rupee 31 Lacs: NRNA/NRNA-Dignitaries’ generously provided 13 Lacs, we separately collected 8 Lacs for it, and we still need 10 Lacs more to pay the tax in the new situation created by the decision of the Ministry of Finance.

I express my gratitude to all our donors for their kind and generous donations. I take the responsibility and I will do my best to raise funds, so that we can buy a School bus as soon as possible. In the context of the need of a School bus, I kindly request donors and organizations to help us to collect funds for paying the tax amount of Nepalese Rupee 10 Lacs. Your donations will help our children every day.
