welcome & Diwali/ Halloween wishing & National Anthem play (Nepali & Canadian)
4:30pm to 5pm
Introduction/ welcome new comers
5pm to 5:30 pm
Dohori / & other musical program
5:30pm to 6:30pm
Deuse vailo program ( every member can participate and donate some money and that money goes to Administration costs/ customs/ instruments for community)
6:30pm to 7:30 pm
Dinner (buffet) + singing program
( who ever wants to sign can coordinate with the event Host in advance with what songs. Kids or adults)
7:30pm to 8:30 pm
Dancing program (who ever wants to Dance in front can coordinate with the event Host in advance with what songs.kids or adults)
8:30 pm to 9 pm
Lottery results & prize distribution
9pm to 9:15pm
Collection/ Expenses speech
9:15 pm to 9:45pm
Nepalese Community meeting and discussion about further plan and events.
9:45pm to 10pm
Closing
Event date:- 30th October 2016 Sunday
Time. :- 3:30pm to 10pm
Place. :- Spice trial Prince Albert 2901 2nd Avenue west
There will be the lottery tickets distribution to each members (5$ each in advance) and profit from the lottery we will be printing Nepali Community Banner, Community member ID for each of the members,Volunteers ID etc.
Alcohol is not included but there will be a bar to pay on your own.
All Nepali from Prince Albert and near by city/ town is invited and please confirm your attendance by or before 25th October 2016 by calling or texting or by social media to the Event Organizer Team.
